We wanted to bring our passion for food and service together
to offer something unique
We grew from 2 people to 4, then 8 and the community loved the placed. This gave us a ton of confidence and validated what we wanted to do was right.

In August 2022, due to the incredible demand, we opened a second location, which we have now officially renamed Bisou!
Bisou is nestled in the heart of Cabbagetown and, offers all the same incredible bakery offerings and living wines as its sister location Conci.

Additionally, on weekends Bisou offers a special brunch menu that revolves around homemade breads, eggs, seasonal veggies & comfort food from 10:30am until 2:30pm.
